Fit of Our Pants
Most customers find our pants true to size. For the best fit, refer to your natural waistline measurements. Our pants are designed to provide a snug, fitted feel that holds you in all the right places.

Where Our Clothing is Made
Our clothing is primarily made in North America with imported fabrics. Items made overseas are produced in certified socially compliant factories. 


Petite Sizes
If you're looking for petite sizing, we recommend exploring our Petite-Friendly collection, featuring pants with shorter inseams and tops with a more tailored fit for smaller frames.

Tall Sizes

Using Rewards Points

Points Expiration
Points expire one year after they’re earned, giving you plenty of time to find your next favorite style.

Pre-Orders
Rewards points cannot be used on pre-orders as these are processed separately by our partner, Purple Dot.
Order Confirmation
If you haven't received a confirmation email, check your junk or spam folder. If it’s not there, contact our Customer Service team, and we’ll confirm your order.

Changing or Canceling an Order
Items cannot be added to an existing order. However, we will combine shipments when possible. 
To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, but the order may be eligible for return or exchange.

Our office is open Monday–Friday from 8 AM–4 PM Pacific Time, except on major holidays. Please call 424-344-1158, so we can further assist you.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Domestic ground orders ship within 3 business days and typically arrive within 2–6 business days. Weather or carrier delays may extend this to 7–10 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, contact us for assistance.

Free Shipping Standard
U.S. shipping is free on orders with a subtotal of $175 or more. FG Rewards members may qualify for lower free shipping thresholds. Learn more about our 
rewards program here.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available during checkout. Orders placed by noon Pacific Time on business days ship the same day. Orders placed over weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Note: Expedited shipping is not available for PO boxes.

Shipping Services
We ship domestic orders via USPS First Class, FedEx Ground, or DHL Ground, depending on package size and weight. International orders ship via FedEx or USPS International.

Package Delivery
If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but can’t find your package, it may have been marked as delivered early. Check common areas like your porch, mailbox, or with neighbors. If it still doesn’t appear after 24 hours, contact us within 45 days of placing your order, and we’ll assist. You can also use your tracking number to file a claim with the carrier.

Lost Shipments
If your shipment hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, notify us within 45 days of placing your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
We accept returns of full-price items purchased from FranneGolde.com under these conditions:

  • Refund: Return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exchange/Store Credit: Return within 45 days of delivery.
  • Sale Items: 
    • Exchange Only: Eligible for exchange or store credit within 45 days of delivery.
    • Final Sale: Not eligible for return or exchange. 
Return Conditions
Items must be in new condition, with hangtags attached (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled). Returns and exchanges are subject to Customer Service approval.

Refund Status
Check your return status with the carrier’s tracking number. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt, and refunds may take a few days to appear. Contact your bank if the refund does not show up. We are not responsible for lost return packages; please file a claim with the carrier.

Refunds are subject to a return shipping fee but exchanges are free. Start your return or exchange here. For assistance, contact us.

Product Defects
For defects or unusual wear, please contact us within 18 months of purchase, as we are unable to address issues beyond this timeframe.

Orders From Other Retailers
Follow the return instructions provided by the retailer where  made your purchased (eg. Amazon, Curateur)

Discount codes are redeemable on full-price products unless otherwise stated. Some codes may be limited to specific collections. Only one eligible code can be used per order. 
If you couldn’t apply your discount code, we can help! As long as the offer is still valid, we can either refund the discount after your order is placed or enter a new order for you with the discount applied. 

Only one discount code can be applied per order. 

Price adjustments
If an item you purchased goes on sale within 72 hours of your order, we’ll refund the price difference upon request, provided the promotion is still running. Price adjustments apply only to product-specific discounts, not sitewide promotions.

We partner with Purple Dot for pre-orders on certain products before release or restocking. Purple Dot securely captures your order and payment information and holds it until the product arrives at our warehouse. Once ready to ship, you'll receive an email notification.

Purple Dot ensures legal compliance with pre-ordering and guarantees that your order will ship or you'll receive a refund. Your funds are held until shipment, and any delays are communicated immediately.


Pre-Order Modifications
  • If you need to modify a pre-order, simply cancel your existing order and place a new one with the correct details. Unfortunately, changes can't be made to pre-orders once they've been submitted.
Reward Points & Gift Cards
  • Reward points cannot be redeemed for pre-orders through Purple Dot.
  • Store gift cards can only be used for in-stock items and are not accepted for pre-orders


International orders typically ship out within 3 business days. Delivery varies by location and may be delayed by customs procedures. Use the tracking information in your shipment confirmation email for updates, and contact the carrier for further details.

Customs departments may apply duties on international shipments, which vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility. For more details, contact your local customs office.

International returns that meet our policy are accepted through our returns portal. International customers are responsible for return postage. Exchanges are not available for international orders. To replace an item, please place a new order for the desired size or style. 

The FG Outlet is our way of bringing you fantastic products at incredible prices. The pieces featured on our Outlet site may be extra stock, retiring styles, or factory seconds—but all of them are as chic as they are easy on your wallet.


Why don't I see my rewards on the Outlet site?

FG Rewards are earned and redeemed on purchases from our main website. FG Outlet items are already highly discounted to give you the very best deals.

Can I use a gift card/promo code on Outlet orders?

The Outlet is a separate store from our main website and is already highly discounted to offer you the very best deals. Gift cards and promo codes apply to valid orders placed on frannegolde.com.

When will my Outlet order ship?

Outlet orders ship twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Most Outlet orders ship within 7 business days, and you'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

How much is Outlet shipping?

We offer three flat US shipping rates based on the size of your order:
· Small orders: $5.99
· Medium orders: $9.99
· Large orders: $11.99

Please note, FG Rewards member shipping benefits don’t apply on the FG Outlet site.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not yet, but keep an eye out for updated options in the future.

Do you ship Outlet orders internationally?

The FG Outlet currently ships to the US and Canada, with more countries to come.

Can I return an item I bought from the Outlet?

Outlet items are highly discounted and therefore sold as-is and final sale. If you don’t love an item, we encourage you to pass it on.
