50% of your payment will process when your pre-order is placed—but you don't have to worry if you change your mind. You can cancel a pre-order any time before shipment here or by using the link in your confirmation email. Otherwise, the other half of
Pre-order payments are processed separately by our partner Purple Dot. Unfortunately, reward points cannot be redeemed through their payment platform.
Store gift cards can only be used to purchase in-stock items. Pre-orders are processed separately by our partners at Purple Dot, who are unable to accept Franne Golde gift cards as a form of payment.
