  • Return for refund: within 30 days of delivery
  • Exchange: within 45 days of delivery
  • Return for store credit: within 45 days of delivery

Sale items marked Exchange Only are eligible to exchange or return for store credit within 45 days of delivery.

Sale items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

All returned items must be in new condition with hangtags still attached. "New condition" means that the item is unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled (e.g., free from odor, perfume, pet hair, or make-up). All returns and exchanges are subject to approval by our Customer Service team.

Please note that returns for refund are subject to a return shipping fee. International customers are responsible for return postage.

Checking Your Return & Refund Status

If you have not received your refund, please first check the delivery status of your return package by using the carrier’s tracking number. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of reaching our receiving center.

Refunds may take a few days to post to your card or bank account. If we have issued your refund but you do not see it on your statement, please contact your financial institution for an update.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost return packages. If your return was lost in transit, you can contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
