I didn't get a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

Can I add an item to an existing order?

We are unable add items to an existing order, but we will combine multiple shipments whenever possible. If you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out.

How do I change/cancel an order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have shipped, but they may qualify for exchange or return.

I couldn't enter my discount code. Can I still get the discount?
